Services Provided: Exterior cleaning services including window cleaning (WFP & traditional), gutter clearing, soffit & fascia cleaning, patio and driveway cleaning, conservatory cleaning, and related exterior property maintenance.
By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Quotations & Pricing
*All quotes are based on the information provided at the time and visual assessment where possible.
*Quotes may change if the condition of the property differs from what was originally described.
*Additional services requested on the day may incur extra charges.
*Prices include labour and standard equipment but may exclude specialist treatments unless agreed in advance.
2. Access Requirements
*Customers must provide safe and clear access to the areas requiring cleaning.
*Gates must be unlocked and pets secured before our arrival.
*We are not responsible for missed appointments or incomplete work due to lack of access. A call-out fee may apply.
3. Water & Electricity Use
*We may use the customer’s outdoor water supply and electricity where required, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Weather Conditions
*Some services (such as window cleaning using water-fed pole systems) can be carried out in light rain.
*Severe weather (high winds, storms, freezing temperatures) may result in rescheduling for safety reasons.
5. Window Cleaning (WFP & Traditional)
*First cleans may result in spotting due to residual dirt in window seals and frames. This usually resolves after regular cleans.
*We are not responsible for pre-existing issues such as failed window seals, damaged frames, or loose fittings.
Windows must be watertight before WFP cleaning.
6. Gutter Clearing
*Gutter cleaning removes blockages but does not include repairs unless agreed.
*We cannot guarantee gutters will remain clear due to future weather or debris.
*We are not responsible for existing gutter damage, poor installation, or leaks revealed after cleaning.
7. Pressure Washing (Driveways, Patios & Hard Surfaces)
*Pressure washing can reveal existing surface damage, loose joints, or worn areas. OG Exteriors Ltd is not liable for pre-existing defects.
*Re-sanding or sealing (where applicable) must be agreed separately.
*Stain removal is not always guaranteed (e.g., oil, rust, deep-set marks).
8. Conservatory Cleaning
*We clean external glass, frames, and roof panels where safe to do so.
*We are not liable for leaks or weaknesses in old seals exposed during cleaning.
9. Property Condition
*Customers must inform us of any fragile surfaces, loose tiles, weak roofing, damaged render, or other risks before work begins.
*We are not responsible for damage to surfaces already in poor condition.
10. Health & Safety
*Our staff follow strict health and safety procedures.
*Customers must keep children and pets away from work areas during service.
11. Payments
*Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
*We accept bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
*Late payments may result in suspension of future services.
12. Cancellations
*Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
*Late cancellations may incur a charge.
13. Liability
*OG Exteriors Ltd is fully insured.
*We are only liable for damage directly caused by our negligence.
*We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or structural faults.
14. Satisfaction Guarantee
*If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service.
*We will return to rectify any genuine issues related to the work carried out.
15. Regular Service Customers
*Regular window cleaning rounds operate on a scheduled basis (e.g., 4–8 weekly).
*Skipped cleans without notice may result in higher one-off pricing.
